Brian Waite is a native of Rochester, NY and a graduate of the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. He has earned his Master of Science in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology with concentrations in Human Computer Interaction, Telecommunications, E-Commerce, and Computer Security.
Brian is dedicated to the promotion of presence technologies and computer supported collaboration in all aspects of society, government and business. Specifically he has researched the use of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technologies to enhance Instant Messaging and other presence applications.
Currently he is promoting awareness of the ongoing garbage, traffic, and general problems of good governance in the city of Naples, Italy.
